2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotations provided by Daly Decor are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if the scope of work is altered or additional work is required.
We reserve the right to amend estimates following site inspection or unforeseen circumstances that affect the cost of labour or materials.
3. Booking and Deposits
A written agreement or email confirmation is required to secure a booking. In some cases, a deposit may be requested before work commences to cover materials or reserve project dates. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
4. Payments
All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon in the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due within 7 days of completion of the work.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Daly Decor reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Cancellations and Delays
If a project needs to be postponed or cancelled, clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a charge to cover lost time or materials already purchased.
Daly Decor will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, supplier delays, or access restrictions to the property.
6. Workmanship and Materials
We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship. All work will be carried out using professional standards, with materials agreed upon in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated, all materials remain the property of Daly Decor until full payment is received.
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion, provided the work has not been damaged by misuse, structural movement, or poor maintenance.
7. Access and Site Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Daly Decor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by access issues or conditions that prevent work from being carried out safely or effectively.
We ask clients to remove valuable items and furnishings from the workspace prior to commencement. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for minor accidental damage or pre-existing conditions.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
